Manuals and Nose Manuals are a popular skateboarding trick. A “wheelie” is the simplest way to describe a manual. They are a technical trick done typically on the street across “manual pads”. A manual pad is a slab of concrete low enough to ollie up, such as a walkway. Manuals can also be done on flat ground, which is where they are usually first learned. Doing a manual on the nose end of the board is called a Nose Manual.
