The Boneless is a footplant/grab trick done by grabbing the toe-side edge of your board with your back hand and simultaneously taking your front foot off the board and pushing off the ground. The Boneless is a somewhat easy trick to do on flatground but becomes a more difficult and stylish trick to do on street and transition settings. Bucky Lasek is well-known for combining the Boneless with lots other tricks on vert (including Boneless Rodeo Flips and Boneless Handplants).
