Bluntstalls and Nosebluntstalls are both advanced skateboard stall tricks. Bluntstalls are done by rolling straight up the transition, getting the entire board above the coping, and stalling on the tail of your board (the nose of the board should be pointed towards the sky). Noseblunt Stalls are done by doing a 180 and stalling on the nose, where the rest of the board is above the deck and the tail is pointed towards the sky. Dismounting back into the transition is one of the most difficult parts of the Bluntstall and Noseblunt stall. It involves “popping” or ollieing back in, or doing a grab and pulling the board off the stall. Some skaters are able to take things to the next level and do a spin or flip trick out of the Bluntstall.
